Guideline For Students

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

01. The use of gold ornaments is prohibited. The school will not undertake any responsibility if such valuables are lost.
02. If a child is absent due to any illness, a leave letter is essential from parents/guardians.
03. On every re-opening day (after a long or short vacation) attendance in the class is compulsory.
04. The children will not buy any eatables from outside.
05. Parents should make time to time enquiry regarding the progress of their child.
06. It is the duty of the parents to know the rules and the regulations of the school so that the children are not put to any kind of inconvenience.
07. School tasks assigned by the teachers should be done punctually.
08. If any student is absent from any examination, Re-Exam will not be conducted. All students should make it a point to show themselves courteous and polite at all times. The school is judged by their decorum of behavior.
09. If the student is seriously ill or suffering from an infectious or contagious diseases, he/she should not be sent to school. A leave application is to be submitted immediately. On recovery, a doctor’s certificate has to be produced stating that he/ she is fully cured and is fit to attend the classes.

 

Rules and Regulation

1. Please send your children smartly dressed to the school.

2. See that your children are in complete uniform and reach the school in time.
3. Parents/guardians are not allowed to meet the students or teachers during the class hour without          the permission of the principal.
4. Right after classes are over students are expected to go home immediately.
5. Pupils are not permitted to leave the school permises without the permission of the principal.

6. The School is not responsible for any student who runs away from the school on his/her own accord.

7. Silence should be maintained through the school hours especially during the change of the period.

8. Student without proper school uniform will not be allowed to enter the school campus.
9. Fee to be paid from 1st to 10th each month.

10. The School does not receive any financial assistance from the Government and hence has to meet        all the running expenses from the fee. The management therefore reserved the right to make                alternations in the fee from time to time.
11. No reduction is made for holidays and broken periods. Admission and other fees are not refunded.       Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on roll.
12.Students are expected to clear all their dues before each
     Terminal Examination.

 

GEMS OF GOOD BEHAVIOUR

1. Be in time for school daily.
2. Keep your clothes, books and yourself neat and tidy.
3. Do not write on walls.
4. Keep your hands and feet away to walls.
5. Put papers and fruit skins in proper containers.
6. Do not play in Varandas or class rooms.
7. Say Please when you want something.
8. Say Thank you when you receive something.
9. If you have to interrupt on adult conversation say
    Excuse me.
10. Do not look into class room as you pass by.
11. Do not stand near elder people when they are talking
     together.
12. Allow elder people to go before.
13. Cover your books with brown paper and label them.

14. Greet elders, teachers, parents, relatives and to rise
when principal, teachers or visitors enter the class room.
15. Always respect other religions.
16. Ever to be conscious that true nobility exists in being
honest and sincere, decent and polite in, behaviour and
action.
